Holiday Inn Express & Suites

Located 20 minutes from the venue and conveniently situated off Highway 11, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites offers a comfortable and convenient stay for our guests.

The hotel offers spacious guest rooms with modern bathroom accommodations. A limited number of suites with a pull-out sofa are also available for guests who may need additional sleeping space.

To make a reservation, please call the hotel and mention the Landry Wedding, OR use the booking link here to receive a discounted rate within our room block.

Please note that our room block is available for Saturday night only.

Shuttle Transportation

We've arranged a complimentary shuttle service with Stock Transportation to help you get to and from the venue safely. Leave the driving to someone else, sit back, relax, and enjoy the celebration!

Please note that there are two pickup locations for transportation to the venue, and two return trips at the end of the evening.

Bus #1 - Hampton Inn by Hilton

  • Arrives: 2:20 pm.

  • Departs promptly at 2:35 pm.

  • Estimated arrival at the venue: 3:05 pm.

Getting to the Venue

Bus #2 – Holiday Inn Express & Suites

  • Arrives: 2:30 pm.

  • Departs promptly at 2:45 pm.

  • Estimated arrival at the venue: 3:05 pm.

Please arrive at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before departure. The buses will leave on time and will NOT wait for late arrivals.

Getting Home

There will be two return shuttles from the venue.

Return Shuttle #1

  • Arrives at the venue:9:20 p.m.

  • Departs promptly at 9:30 p.m.

Stops:

  • Holiday Inn Express & Suites (approximately 9:45 pm.)

  • Hilton(approximately 9:50 pm.)

Return Shuttle #2

  • Arrives at the venue: 11:40 pm.

  • Departs promptly at 11:50 pm.

Stops:

  • Holiday Inn Express & Suites (approximately 12:15 am.)

  • Hampton Inn by Hilton (approximately 12:25 am.)
