Woodbridge Acres is a beautiful 100-acre venue located in Powassan, Ontario. Surrounded by stunning forest landscapes and a picturesque wildflower field, it provides the perfect private setting for our special day.

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the open field on grass grounds, while the reception will be held inside the tent on permanent stone flooring. Please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear.

There are horses on the property, located adjacent to the reception tent. While they may be visible throughout the day, they remain within their fenced stable area and should not be approached unless accompanied by the venue owners.

The venue does have a few rules that all guests are asked to follow. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them before the big day, as respecting and caring for the property is very important to us.

Venue Rules

1. No glassware is to be brought out of the tent/walkway and onto the lawn. All glass must be kept within the tent reception area or on the gravel pad adjacent to it. Absolutely no glassware is to be on the lawn at any time. 

2. No smoking near or within the tent. Smoking permitted only in designated smoking areas.

3. No unattended touching or feeding horses.

4. No driving or parking on the lawn.

5. No guests around their home/outside the general venue area.

6. Everyone must leave the venue by 12:00 AM.

7. All vehicles left overnight are to be picked up by 2:00PM the following day (Sept 20) otherwise risk being towed at owners expense.
